Following the launch of the new LEGO Pokémon sets, you can claim some free LEGO items in Pokémon GO with a provided code and at your local LEGO Store.

The announced LEGO Pokémon GO event is now underway, and the full extent of the collaboration has been outlined. The event is celebrating the recent release of over a dozen new LEGO Pokémon models, including the theme’s first SMART Play builds.

As well as a physical SMART Tag at participating stores, players in the US, UK, Poland, France, Germany, and Australia can score some in-game LEGO Pokémon clothing for their character via timed research. There’s also a stamp rally to earn an exclusive Pikachu with a LEGO background and gym raids limited to one per store per day.

You can also get a LEGO Pokémon cap for your character in-game with the code LEGOXPOKEMONGOXCAP. You can click here to redeem the code. The code and other in-game activities will be available until September 30.

As the biggest launch day for LEGO Pokémon so far, this partnership with Pokémon GO is an exciting way to involve fans in the six participating SMART Play regions. Head to your local LEGO Store or LEGO.com now to pick up the several new builds, including the 18+ 72168 Rayquaza.
