LEGO Architecture is rumoured to be kicking off next year with a pair of sets that each come in at over 3,000 pieces.
Instagram user buggyleaks – who has recently been re-reported by more credible sources such as itsjustajoe – has published product numbers, piece counts and release windows for two new LEGO Architecture sets supposedly on the way in 2027.
First up is 21070, which will apparently debut in March with 3,142 pieces in the box. That’s due to be followed by 21071 in April, which is said to consist of exactly 3,333 pieces (whoever was responsible for that one must be feeling pretty satisfied).

Assuming these rumours are true – and remember to take them with a grain of salt as always, particularly with a source that remains unproven – LEGO Architecture will be following its record-breaking 21065 Sagrada Família, which hits shelves in November with 12,060 pieces, with a couple of comparatively smaller sets.
Outside of the context of that Spanish icon, though, these are still two hefty sets based on their piece count alone. In fact, they’d be the fifth and sixth biggest LEGO Architecture sets of all time, behind 21065 Sagrada Família, 21061 Notre-Dame de Paris, the newly-released 21067 Tower Bridge and last year’s 21063 Neuschwanstein Castle.
There’s no word yet on what either of these rumoured sets might be, but the world is essentially this theme’s oyster, so the possibilities are almost limitless. Let us know what you’d fancy seeing recreated in 3,000 pieces in the comments.
